Today I am going to discuss about the best phones in the most popular segment that is below 15000 rs. While choosing these mobiles I have kept in mind a few  things like , the device's battery capacity, performance of processor, Ram and Rom configuration, Display, camera , Android version, Protection from water and dust etc..
So here we go :
